Consulted with a multi-disciplinary team regarding the implementation of treatment, level of risk, assessment of needs and making recommendations and placements for community safety. Development of a risk assessment for
juvenile sexual offenders for the courts and further research advances. Attendance of court hearings, staffing, and visitations.

Supervised the operation of a $400,000 boys’ therapeutic group home program which included but was not limited to the following duties and responsibilities: Development and maintenance of clients’ clinical treatment/case plans and achievement of client’s goals, supervision of staff, documentation of clients’ cases and the maintenance of proper clinical documentation in compliance with licensure, behavioral health and accreditation, development of training of staff, facilitation of weekly staff meetings, organization and participation of client staffing, organization of client and staff scheduling, on-call support, training of other team leaders as well as staff and shift preparation.
